No, we sell to any type of customer all over the world.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Qubita we offer Klarna (which includes 30 day payment method) pay pal payment or we can send you our own invoice from Qubita when we come to agreement on payment terms.

What shipping methods do you provide?

We deliver our products all around the world and we use different shipping methods depending on the owners adress.

Most of the orders outside of Sweden will include a delivery to your door service.

Smaller horn products delivered within Sweden will be delivered to the customers nearest service points.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Products that are in stock, we have a delivery time of 1-2 days within Sweden, 2-5 days within Scandinavia or Europé and 3 days and 3 weeks to the rest of the world.

Products that have to be ordered we have a delivery time of 3 days to 3 weeks depending on whether it has to be manufactured or not.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14 days return policy which excludes specially made-to-order products.

Return shipping will be the customers responsibility or we can arrange shipping which will be deducted on your credit when the order has arrived back to our warehouse and the products are in original condition.
